Lux Nest I City Apartment URBAN STAY

The location was great -- particularly as I had an early train in the morning. I enjoyed having a terrace. Everything you need for a short stay was provided. The design of the studio was contemporary and it felt sufficiently spacious -- I could have comfortably stayed longer.

I could hear noise from the other units, including late-arriving guests attempting to open key boxes. Communication was a bit uneven. Some messages were clearly from a person (yay!), others -- including replies to specific requests -- felt like AI auto-replies (unpleasant).

Good location and quite

The place was fantastic. Not far from the center and all the public transport was nearby too

The location was very good, the neighborhood full of cafés and supermarkets, and just a ten-minute walk from the main square. The room was clean and new, although the building entrance didn’t suggest that, as it was a bit sketchy.

The photos are misleading, as they are taken with a wide-angle lens. In reality, the room is extremely small and cannot comfortably accommodate three people, maybe only suitable for sleeping. There is no space to sit or even to open your suitcase. The price, of course, does not reflect the room we received. After contacting the owner, we were told they would do their best to resolve the issue immediately, but nothing was done and there was no further communication. The listing of the facilities mentions a kitchen, which is not true. There is only a small fridge and a tray with a coffee maker and dishes, but nowhere to wash them. There is also a note in the room asking guests not to dispose of garbage due to a new waste system, so on top of the lack of space, we also had to keep trash bags inside the room.
