Spacious, nice communal living/dining/room and kitchen areas. Great outdoor seating and tables ideal for barbecues and gatherings

Caretaker was right next door--so helpful! She got us anything we needed. Good communication with property manager, as well. The yard was gorgeous and restful with lots of flowers and greenery all around, and the street very quiet and beautiful.
The ate's room right behind the kitchen seems a bit humid (in spite of a small air conditioner) and small; I suggest not trying to stay in there. Another couple of suggestions, but not complaints: it would be nice to have some ice cube trays for the freezer, and maybe a few staples in the kitchen in case guests forget to bring something. We borrowed oil and salt from the caretaker, and she was very generous. Also a few hand towels for drying hands in the CR's after washing them. These are just suggestions. Everything was so nice for us.

Can't really answer as we didn't get to stay as there was a power failure in the property before we got there
