It’s like your home away from home, only better ! Perfect getaway specially in Orchha. Hosts are intimately involved in every aspect of your stay and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. It’s a 5 acre property with only a few rooms. The food was home cooked with produce from the extensive kitchen garden. We sat serenely in the patio for hours looking at the greenery around. Just a brilliant stay.
It’s 20 min to Orchha town and monuments. To me it was actually a blessing as Orchha is nothing to write home about. So to be slightly away was better. Orchha monuments make the visit well worth it and Bundeli kothi enhances the experience.

Heartwarming hospitality, amazing delicious food and landscape. Food was homemade and very tasty, so much so that our kids would wait for mealtimes.
Property has lot of fruit trees and cereals crops, beautiful parks and flowers. This stay is a perfect get away from city life and indulge in nature, relax and enjoy healthy delicious food.

If Orchha is the destination, Bundeli Kothi is the memory.
We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. The monuments of Orchha were beautiful, but the kindness of Sakshi & Mudit, the farm-to-table meals, the peaceful surroundings, and the way they cared for our son Kamal became the real highlight of our journey.
Luxury is easy to find. Genuine warmth is rare.
Bundeli Kothi is not a place you stay at. It is a feeling you carry back home.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A hidden gem, a beautiful story, and a memory we will cherish forever.
What didn't you like?
Leaving.
That was honestly the only disappointing part of our stay.
We kept looking for flaws but ended up collecting memories instead. From the warmth of the hosts to the peaceful farm atmosphere, from the delicious home-cooked food to the feeling of being treated like family, everything exceeded our expectations.
Some hotels offer rooms, Bundeli Kothi offers relationships.
We left with one complaint: our stay was too short.
