Spacious. Easy entry. Easy parking.
Temper your expectations. This apartment is not "luxury." It's on the south side of town and faces an auto repair. The hallway carpet is not clean. The unit needs repairs (toilet running, ice maker blocked). The walls in the bedrooms are bare, and there's a bedside table on only one side of each bed. It's adequate, but you will be disappointed if you are expecting luxury.

Size, recliners, kitchen well stocked plenty of towels
The toilets had mold growing in them, I cleaned them both.
Keypad was broke and was never fixed, we only had one key and 4 people
