Location and service staff. Joy is a hardworking guy and doing his best. Very comfy beds, spacious and Spa is pretty good. The Grab & Go coffee consistenty excellent
No in room breakfast. Again some rooms have sewerage smell and need as proper plumbing solution. This is my second stay with same issue. Breakfast should be better for a 4 star as well.

Location was good and staff friendly.
The room clean could have been better - doors were not cleaned and in the corners of the rooms needed better cleaning. Elevator very slow for the 26th floor.

the location was good!
The bathroom always stinks. we had to close the door always because the room smells mouldy most of the time. also there was mould in the shower/bathroom. the room also smelled weird in the beginning and the air conditioning was loud. moreover the price to wash clothes was very high. I received an offer of 60€ for a small bag of clothes.
