Super geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Dank Klimaanlage haben wir uns bei 34 Grad Aussentemperatur dort sehr gut erholt.

War alles super!

The property was based in a beautiful, characterful building. If you came out of the property straight to your left, in the evening you are on a lovely bubbly street which we loved! The best thing about it was that you couldn’t hear a thing and it was silent when we went to bed. The bed was comfy, the flat was exactly like the photo and was very clean. We were met by a lovely lady before check in and she even sent us all the local recommendations. Perfect for a couple nights in Bologna. It was equipped with lots of amenities, however we didn’t use anything as only stayed for 2 nights as we were moving on to our next city to explore.

Personally nothing I didn’t like, what we got is what we saw on the photos. Just not lift so wouldn’t book if struggled with stairs.

This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. It's on the 3rd floor of a residential building up 57 steps in total from the street, which may pose a problem if you have mobility or respiratory issues or heavy luggage. The communal areas are well kept, clean and lined with lots of flowering plant pots. The apartment looks new, is spacious, light, airy, simply but nicely decorated and furnished and has a well equipped kitchen and a really lovely bathroom (shower only). There is no TV but there is excellent wifi and very good and efficient air-con. The area of Pratello is buzzing. There are numerous bars and restaurants within feet of the front door and 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. It's a lively but welcoming, friendly and safe neighbourhood. You will experience late night noise, but not so loud to keep you awake. It's a 15 minute stroll to Piazza Maggiore. Public transport is plentiful, regular and cheap, even to the airport. Communication with RealKasa was friendly, clear and quickly answered. I'd happily return to Pratello and this apartment.

There are a number of little things that annoyed me but didn't spoil my stay. However, RealKasa need to pay attention, this is their business. There were no teaspoons (I bought 4 from Kasanova, red handles), this was mentioned in a previous review so I would have expected it to be addressed. There's a lack of utensils such as scissors, a pizza cutter, a fish slice, a large spoon etc. There is no toaster. The sink is so small that you cant fit plates and pans in easily to clean, The sink tap is VERY loose and likely to detach. There was a washing machine but no detergent (I brought some tabs and left what I didn't use). There is no shampoo or hair conditioner. We had to buy toilet rolls. The mirror in the bathroom is useless for short people (like me). While we were there workmen were on the roof for 3 days from 8.00 am and could see directly into the apartment. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls that make the apartment look un-cared for, these need cleaning/painting over regularly. There also needs to be a better place for the mop and brush to be kept. Cleaning under the cabinet in the lounge needs addressing. After booking this apartment I received numerous scam emails pretending to be from RealKasa asking me to re-confirm my booking and dates etc. I ignored them all and only corresponded via Booking.com but clearly there's been a date breach.
