Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras such as complimentary water, an umbrella, and even slippers. The location was convenient, particularly if you avoid the busiest tourist route along the main street and canal bridge. The property was clean, secure, and suitable for exploring Milan.

The biggest issue was the check-in system. We had informed the property in advance about our evening arrival time, but upon arrival the remote access system did not work. To enter the building, guests must pass through two separate doors, and the instructions provided were ineffective. After contacting support, the operator was very kind and helpful, but ultimately explained that someone would need to come in person, which would take 15–20 minutes. As two women arriving at night after a flight, standing outside on the street waiting was far from ideal. Fortunately, the weather was good, and neither of us had mobility issues or special circumstances, but the situation could have been much more difficult for elderly guests, pregnant women, families with children, or anyone who does not speak English or Italian. Luckily, other residents arrived and were able to open both doors for us, allowing us to reach the apartment and collect the keys, which are located at the apartment entrance itself. Another downside was the noise. Since the apartment is located in a residential building, maintenance work in the common areas started around 8:00 a.m. one morning. The noise was extremely disruptive and made it impossible to rest, with little regard for guests who might still be sleeping.
