The property is very charming and our room was great, the hosts are very friendly, the location is fantastic directly beside the entrance to the historical parc and the night market, parking was available in front of the property
We had a terrible nights sleep. The neighbours talked loudly from 1:40 am until 3:00 am and since there was no sound isolation it was impossible to sleep through the night. We were really upset and tired. The price is a little steep compared to other homestays we used and we didn’t feel it was justified.

The location was perfect. The staff were lovely. The house is beautiful.
Some might find the bed too firm.

Very friendly helpful owner, offered us bicycles to travel around sukhothai which made our experience perfect. Not far to walk to entrance, restaurants and night market. Loved the atmosphere in this magical place.
