The property was beautiful, it was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

The room was perfect. It was very clean. Basic items in the kitchen were available for times we wanted to stay in for meals. We also enjoyed meeting the property host Fran. This was not a direct ocean view, but with the location of the property facing the river and bedroom on the ocean side, we preferred this more than a direct ocean view. Views cannot be described accurately-Spectacular is inadequate!

The Key fobs did not work on the beach access door, but we used the drive-on beach entrance, which was easier with no steps and right beside the property. We sat on the balcony Saturday afternoon and could smell marijuana, guessing it was from the balcony above us because we could hear activity on this balcony only, but in today's times we understand that this is the time we live in and just went inside. We would have enjoyed a TV in the bedroom, but it was not a big deal.

The condo and view were amazing. Francine met us in the entrance and guided us to our reserved parking space. Then she showed us all the facilities and finished with escorting us to the 26th floor to make sure we were pleased with the condo. We have never had such a nice welcome. Francine introduced us to some of the staff who were very friendly. The condo and entire building were exceptional clean and maintained. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Unfortunately my husband started to not feel well and we checked out a day early. Francine called to make sure everything was OK after we got home . Who does that in today's world !!

Absolutely nothing.

Very Clean. Comfortable Beds. BEAUTIFUL View ... My husband is terminally ill and we came here to relax and enjoy the Memorial day weekend! This owner and her STAFF RUINED it ALL for us !!!! BEWARE !!!!

Livingroom becomes VERY hot with afternoon sun . NO Baking pans ... Only had 2 Bread Pans. No way to bake bicuits, cookies or a cake. Has Roaches and Building Maintance came in and sprayed for Roaches while we were in the Room! Which I did not like poison being sprayed while we were still in the room so we left for a couple hours. Super small trash can in the kitchen had to empty it ever day but they had Plenty of Garbage Bags. Curtain in the one bed room handle came loose and fell out and we could not close the curtain. Has LOTS of rules!! The owners Response to my review is FULL of Lies!!! I never spoke to her. She said " In addition to this bad retribution review " What bad Retribution Review?? She is the one being Vindictive because I gave a HONEST Review and told People about the Roaches... I did NOT break anything there!! The Curtain rod was already Messed up. She said that the Roach came from me.. NOT the roach was in the Bathroom and NO where near any of our belonging. She said that They took pictures to show how messy the place was... Taking pictures inside a rental without Permission is against the LAW in Florida!! And we had just checked in and what she says was messy was all the GROCERIES !! BEWARE !! Take pictures of EVERYTHING before you leave so she can not try to get more money by saying you broke something!!
