Loved this place. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Quiet location near the Harnser pub and a 10 minute walk from the centre of Stalham which has restaurants, shops, pubs, post office, etc, a short walk to the boat hire centre, 15 minutes drive from beaches. Highly recommended - we would happily stay here again.

The property was really nice with a well appointed kitchen.
The owners were friendly, leaving a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and wanted to ensure we had a good stay but unfortunately 2 out of the three issues we had wouldn't have been resolverable during our stay so I didn't raise them with them.
Unfortunately the front garden was fake grass and our dog was not allowed to go to the toilet there, so I had to take her out first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I would therefore say the Property was dog tolerant and not dog friendly.
The TV reception was poor with picture breaking up and no bedding was provided for the sofa bed, which was needed when my snoring was to much for my wife!

Great location for exploring the Broads and coast. Comfortable and very clean property. Stalham has all the amenities you need. The Harnser, good pub with excellent food very close by! Responsive hosts.
All great. Others have mentioned the tight bedroom, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The location was amazing. Lovely village. The area is in the beautiful countryside and scenic but the fact its so close to shops, supermarket, restaurants and takeaways makes everything so convenient aswell. It's nice to have a lovely pub at the end of the driveway. It's a few minute drive to hire a day boat on the broads and it's nice that the beach isn't far to get to either. All in all its got everything covered
