Hot tub was warm and able to be used when it sprinkled. Great location for what we needed.
Hot tub was low on water, but was not a deal breaker. We were still able to use it.

Couch seats a lot of people, as does the table. Nice they have air mattress extras at the home.
Hot tub was dirty when we arrived and grass was super long and needed to be cut. The host got both done, hot tub same day and mowed the next, but it should have been done. Grill is charcoal 👎🏻 The fence is falling down in places in the back yard and broken.
