I had to sleep outside one night because of the buggy door - it closed by itself with the key inside. the internet is bot the best on the second floor - could put at least one signal repeater- if you’re a digital nomad I don’t recommend it. hard to live without motorcycle in that area - everything is far away and I had to wait for a Grab 30 min to pick up before renting a motorcycle. landlady was constantly pushing me for not switching off A/C in my room - I was there during hot days and want to come back to a cold room. They have a very strict electricity consumption rules. If you’re not alone there - you’ll have to share the kitchen with someone else and some dudes stole my water while staying.
