Amenities and maintenance along with layout of beds need a lot improvement. Almairahs with no racks doesnt serve any purpose. No provision for hangers or clothesline. Hot water is inconsistent and no mirror in washroom at the wash basin to aid for shaving.
All mentioned above

Especially the staff. They are so kind to me whenever I need some help.
They should have hairdryer as well for customers if they need.

Good value for money and clean rooms. The staff were polite and guided us to the nearby ghat for evening aarti. The interiors try to reflect some Banaras charm, but it’s more of a modern hotel with heritage touches.luxurious, great for budget travelers
