I loved the host every issue I was seamless he handled it immediately I will be working with this host in the future and also referring him to everyone that I can
The resort staff they are rude and very unprofessional especially the staff at the front gate it is very unclear of how to get in on the first there are no signs directing nor any staff directing you and if you do something wrong or ask questions they are rude and yell at you.
