Property was close to everything. Convenience stores within walking distance. Hongdae street super close. A lot of places to eat nearby. The room can fit up to 4 people. The showers are bigger than most places in the area. The host is super helpful and kind. Just ask him and he’ll immediately reply and fix issues. He allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out.
There are a lot of stairs so be mindful when bringing big or heavy luggage. For those that see the picture, it is only a washer. There is no dryer function, but they provide racks to hang dry your clothes.

オーナーさんも何かあればすぐ駆けつけてくれました。
寒いソウルでしたが、床暖房であたたかでした。
ほんとうに便利で快適な滞在でした。

We had a fantastic stay here, largely thanks to the superb location and the extremely responsive and helpful host.
The convenience of this property cannot be overstated. It is a mere two-minute walk to the metro station, and the area is filled with restaurants and convenient stores. An added bonus for travelers with luggage or mobility concerns is that the surrounding roads are mostly flat with no noticeable slopes. The unit was also well-equipped with enough toiletries and essential electric appliances, which was appreciated.
A couple of things to note: as advertised, the apartment is a small space, making it challenging to fully open large suitcases. While it is on the 3rd floor, the number of stair steps is not excessive. The main inconvenience we experienced was the lack of accessible electrical plugs/outlets. For guests who need to charge multiple devices or use styling tools simultaneously (e.g., for makeup or hair), this might prove quite inconvenient.

ห้องนอนมี 2 ห้อง ห้องแรกมีเตียงใหญ่ 1 เตียงมีห้องน้ำในตัว ห้องที่สองมีเตียงใหญ่ 2 เตียง เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกครบทั้งทีวี ตู้เย็น เครื่องกรองน้ำ กาต้มน้ำ เตารีดไอน้ำ ไดร์เป่าผม ผ้าเช็ดตัว เครื่องซักผ้า(ไม่ได้ใช้งาน) แชมพู ยาสระผม ครีมนวด ยาสีฟัน แปรงสีฟัน
ห้องอยู่ชั้น 3 ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่บันไดแต่ละชั้นไม่ได้สูงมาก กระจกแต่งตัวนอกห้องน้ำมีจุดเดียว เวลาไปพักหลายๆคนอาจจะไม่เพียงพอ
