Great location right in the center of the city, lots of sightseeings and restaurants nearby. The apartment was pretty comfy.
The apartment had suffered a flood of some sort so the ceiling was broken—not a deal-breaker but it did affect the perception of the apartment. Also, it was pretty dark inside.

The apartment was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a lovely week. Situated in a great neighbourhood.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Emplacement idéal pour faire Rouen à pied
Appartement très bien pensé et très cosy on s’y sent vite bien
Luminosité faible dans la salle de bain et éclairage restreint sur le miroir dommage

The ceiling in the living room had water damage and had partially collapsed which meant the only windows in the apartment could not be opened properly. It was over 30º during our stay and very uncomfortable. This happened days before we arrived and had we been told we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.
