Lovely clean house, excellent location, a bit noisy because of the road next to it, but that's to be expected.
It's got a great outside area, perfect when the weather is decent. Quick walk and you're in Aviemore.
Really nothing but positive things to say, I had minor issue with the toilet but the plumber was there and sorted it within a couple of hours, great experience all round.
As mentioned the road being so close makes it a bit noisy at night, but that's a very minor gripe

We had a really lovely stay at Woodhaus Aviemore Lodge. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub and sauna were great. We enjoyed being visited by lots of local wildlife in the garden. The location is very handy and within a short walk of Aviemore centre. Nick and Erin were great hosts. They were very accommodating and even contacted us to let us know the house was available for an early check in on the day of our arrival. All in all a great property and would highly recommend.
We liked everything about the property. On our first night we had a minor issue with the fuse box which was quickly resolved. The hosts were very responsive and offered us an extra night to make up for the inconvenience. Great customer service.

And as we were staying over the Xmas period…
Nick and Erin had 2 Christmas trees amongst other decorations over the house …went above and beyond…🎄 great hosts..
And I can’t recommend a sauna on Xmas morning anymore highly …😂
Planning our return to Wood Haus already.

Location was good to walk into Aviemore .
Could not sleep due to the noise of the motorway when sleeping at one end of the house.
The Japanese Hot Tub , could not use ,as was leaking.
