It was a spacious room with a spectacular view of the city. It was clean, comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, as well as some cool features (eg remote opening of curtains etc). The service was excellent and the staff were able to help with any questions or issues. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was big enough for my husband, daughter and myself. Everything was top class. Loved the choices of breakfast, Western and Japanese, which were both delicious. Staff very polite and courteous.
We wish we stayed longer than 3 nights.

Breakfast was served in 2 different rooms. One for Western menu and one for Japanese. Menus in each were very basic. In the Japanese a glass of OJ or coffee cost an additional 1000 yen. Not a lot of money but just not what a 5 star hotel should do.
Advertised a gym. 1st attempt to use it was closed for the day. No notice or reason provided. Next attempt told to go to front desk for a pass( required an elevator ride). Front desk asked for 5500 yen for a 1 day pass. Not something a 5 star hotel should do.
