Cool property - good bedrooms and living area
Garden just a pile of gravel. Plus had builders opposite all week drilling

The house itself was warm, well equipped & ideally located - particularly with a decent pub only 300M away - and the local area itself was very quiet. The property was clean & well laid out, whilst the 'Welcome Pack' was most welcome as we'd forgotten a couple of food items. The key lock box access was ideal for us as we arrived slightly earlier than expected.
No collander - although there was a flour sieve which served us OK. Perhaps a heads up' with regards to the lack of night time street lighting might also be appropriate although there was a torch in the property & a light at the front door.
