There was everything in this compact little venue. There was a washing machine, microwave, toaster oven, stove, knives. There were even complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, tea etc. Sakura and Yasuo had made sure everything was set up and explained in a booklet - we had no issues whatsoever accessing anything. They were also quick at replying to any queries we had. It was a quiet location as well, easy to access by public transport.
This isn't the fault of the location, but we found it far from narita airport. Also, the bathroom was a bit old and there was no elevator (but it was only one floor up). Otherwise, we had no issues with this place.
