The location is desirable with supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant by walk. Coffee shops are only down the building, Korean restaurant nearby and bread shop. The building is secured.
The flat is a one bedroom flat. No aircon in the bedroom, only in the hall. Since our trip is summer, only we are depending in one aircon which is in the hall/kitchen.
