Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Quick response when queries raised.
Some confusion over the address - a glitch with booking.com - luckily I know Glasgow and knew it was wrong but would be challenging if you were not familiar as the address given was nowhere near. Couldn’t use free parking as someone else was parked halfway across the space. Parking outside was free at the weekend so not a major issue. Broken tile in bathroom floor needs to be fixed though as almost impossible not to stand in the hole when in the bathroom.

The location was good since it was close to the SEC where the conference was taking place. The apartment was nice and cozy. The owner also allowed late check out which was very helpful.
The approach to the apartment is slightly complicated. There were some issues while connecting with the wifi initially but those were fixed. There was also difficulty in understanding how to lock the door, as the door doesnt have a handle, but the owner was nice and receptive and fixed the issues.

cozy and comfortable refurbished place at a very convenient area, there's a LIDL next to it.
-Check-in was quite confusing. The host gave me two different codes for the key lockbox and two different addresses for the flat (one of them turned out to be wrong), but it was sorted out in the end.
-The underground parking was also a pain. I spent 20 minutes looking for the bay assigned to the flat and couldn’t find it; the host then told me to park in any available bay instead.
-The flat is on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure isn’t strong enough.
-One of the chairs had broken legs, which was very dangerous—my aunt nearly fell.
