The customer service is superb. The staff have communicated well and always advise us of what to expect on our tours. Tours are cheaper than Klook. They also have a service for a balloon and HBD surprise with cake for just minimal cost. Near restaurants and groceries. 5 mins Grab to Vincom Mall where Win Mart is- a must to check to buy food and pasalubongs.
Nothing really

I liked the size of my room and the view.
I didn’t have a shower, just a bath in my room. The breakfast would be better if more options
