The accommodation is an apartment in a very old building, but the apartment itself is renovated and serves its purpose well. 🏘️👍
There is no reception desk; instead, there is a doorman/security guard for the building. 🚪💂♂️
Entry is via a password-controlled door. 🔑🔒
The location is on the Alexandria Corniche, directly by the sea. 🌊🏖️
I stayed there in December, and the weather was extremely cold, but the apartment was equipped with an electric heater that was sufficient. 🥶🔥
The price for three bedrooms was reasonable, especially outside peak season. 💰🛏️
The accommodation is only a few meters away from San Stefano Plaza Mall, and there is a supermarket and a café underneath the building. 🛍️☕
However, the building photo shown is of San Stefano building, not the actual building where the apartment is located, as the building itself is old. 🖼️🏛️
Overall, the apartment is renovated from the inside, has a balcony overlooking the sea, 🌊 and met my needs. ✅😊
