Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz

Staff accogliente e gentile.

It’s near from the station. Good location. Breakfast is also super. Great staff.

The floor mat was dirty. I have seen some flakes over it. The armchair has also some stains. Cleanliness is the first thing a person noticed. So this is what I don’t like. But Bed sheets are clean. Pillow and matttess were comfortable. I had a great sleep. This hotel worth its price. I actually like it. I think if I ask them to change my room, they will. Overall it’s really good 😊

I liked the central location in Alexanderplatz. Close to train system, close to the Oktoberfest celebration at Alexanderplatz.

The street car didn’t have a stop directly in front of the hotel but not even a dislike as it was around the corner for my laziness 😅

We chose the hotel for its location, and it is truly amazing. Alexanderplatz is just a 1–2 minute walk away. The staff had a wonderful attitude and were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Despite the hotel's very central location, there was no noise at all, and we slept very soundly.

The room was very small and inadequate; there really should have been a refrigerator. The food we brought for our baby spoiled. When we asked the reception staff if there was any possibility of storing it in another fridge, we didn't get a positive response. The cleaning was good at first, but as we stayed there, the room got dirty and wasn't cleaned properly. They never changed the bed linens; they only tidied up the room and replaced the towels. The bathroom and toilet were never cleaned.
