Location is good. The villa is nice and quiet. I really liked the pool. Celine was amazing. I enjoyed every interaction with her. I liked that there we enough towels and I didnt need to ask for those. Good air conditioning, extra blankets. Nice kitchen. I would recommend this villa based on size and location and definitely Celine. If you're someone who doesnt need the facilities much or doesnt care for certain things, it was good.

To start, I waited 10 minutes at the gate with noone to meet us so we had no idea what to do. Security wasn't expecting us, we didnt know what villa number we were going to etc. Vanessa finally arrived, she said there was no signal at the villa, I understand that but I had communicated when we were leaving the airport so that shouldn't have been an excuse. We were shown around the room but barely. Then the TV didnt work until the evening of the 8th, we arrived on the 6th. That wasn't nice. Again, it shouldn't have happened. I doubt that it stopped working when we checked in. Mind you it was advertised as offering streaming services, when I asked about this I was told the tv isn't a smart tv and that theres a mistake on the website. That left a bitter taste in my mouth. Cleaning being done once in 8 days is diabolical. The sofas inside and outside needs to be shampood Theres a folder in the coffee table that has information about the villa and services such as breakfast in the room, grocery delivery etc. When I asked about how we can organise that I was told that those services arent offered and that it must be a folder left there by the owner. As a first impression that wasnt nice. Either remove the collateral or offer the services. The safe is locked so we didnt use it. That was unsettling because we would wake up to someone in the garden on some days. Im sure the workers can be trusted but I wasn't happy about it. I didnt ask about the safe, I shouldnt have to. Things that arent the fault of anyone really was the massive spider we saw on the bedroom and the rat that found a home under the fridge.

Endroit très calme et reposant dans une résidence sécurisé et proche du centre de Grand Baie à 5 minutes en voitures.

Nous sommes arrivés et la villa n'était pas prête à nous accueillir, le ménage n'avait pas été établit. Il a fallut qu'on séjour ailleurs le temps que la villa soit nettoyer et prête pour le lendemain.
