We had no hot water for one day and I had to ask why, by the answer I understood that staff was aware about the situation but wasn’t bothered to inform guests until we asked.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean as a lot of mould buildup on grouting.
Bed wasn’t very comfortable as twine I had to readjust braces which were supporting mattress.
Also just two pillows on the bed is not enough, but that’s my personal opinion.
I had family emergency was communicating with the staff regarding extending my stay but they wasn’t very empathetic.

Veldig rent og sentralt. Nærme trikk, buss, matbutikk , restauranter.
Litt vanskelige trapper.

It was a great stay. It is located in the center of Riga's Old Town, within walking distance of everything in the area. The check-in instructions were very clear and the room, towels, and bathroom were so clean.I didn't have any negative situations there. In the next I hope to visit Riga again and will choose this place again.
