That it had 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Close to airport. Had a fridge and kitchen, coffee machine, separate bathrooms. Parking was close. Skips close. They made an effort to finish and furnish the place well and to operate well. Clean linen. Quiet area. Sweet church nearby.

The fact that they hold on to the deposit until you rate them - bad business practice. After I queried this - day 8 - deposit was refunded immediately. The light in the corridor could not be turned off - it was automatic motion sensor and low light sensor. Which is good but not when you have a child sleeping in the room and you have to access the room... The front door was damaged near its lock - the common door was kept open (by third parties) - so it did not feel safe. It was as if someone tried breaking in or out of the property without a key. Easily fixable and I understand why they impose a deposit on their guests.
