Centre of the village and walkable distance to the beach
The sofa was slightly tilting to the centre

The location, everything is there. And the bathroom, it's nice and big.

Comfortable property in good location
Many books available to read in property
Swift responses from owners
Being picky- would have liked a good view from main bedroom- but location is good. Next to pub but no noise.
All Pillows very thick and very resilient - could be easy to fix this by providing choice re second pillow of malleable soft pillow to avoid sore neck. Meanwhile sorted this by using folded towel in a pillow case.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage in the heart of St Agnes, so close to amenities (bakery/shops/pub!) We absolutely loved the set up, the log burner & bed were incredible! Couldn’t of wanted more for my birthday weekend away!
Loved EVERY aspect of the property, my ONLY thought would be to have a door mat or a runner by the front door to prevent muddy prints on rainy days!
