It’s near some stations. Space is clean. There’s a kombini nearby.
Early check out time.

The location is between two stations, so it can be accessed easily depending on your needs. The evening view with the setting sun is amazing from the room I stayed.

inside the apartment was clean and had a full kitchen. the shower, washing machine and toilet are all cleaned. cooking top, cooking utensils are also good.
The air-condition(A/C) filter was full of dust, I had breathing issue after the first day and then checked the A/C filter was very dirty. The fan blades were full of dirts, so please clean and maintain the A/C regularly.
The balcony was very dirty as well. The screen was pretty much black when I cleaned it with a hand towel. It looked like the balcony area was never cleaned, the screen the glass were full of dust and dirt.
