The studio is very nice. The bed is comfortable. We had everything we needed for a beach trip. The kitchenette is well equipped. The whole place feels freshly renovated.
The air conditioner is very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Also, the garbage is collected downstairs on the street at 6 a.m. every day. Even though there are blackout shades, the ambient light is difficult. Bring earplugs and a sleep mask. The parking has only about a dozen slots for a 12-story building, so parking is several blocks away and costs about $50 per day.

Close to the beach. Very clean, bed was comfortable.
It could have done with a proper toaster, took 10 minutes to toast a bagel in the combi microwave. Would have been nice to have a couple of camping chairs to take down to the beach. Aircon unit very noisy.
