Great location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, warm. One street away from beach. Southwold is a fabulous little town for a weekend away.

We had issues with the TV. We couldn't get it to work all the time and it kept buffering. We called the owner and housekeeper as instructed in the manual. When we returned the keys Durrants told us we should have contacted then. It did not spoil our holiday or the enjoyment in the property, just a little frustrating.
