I když postele byly bez problému a krásně čisté.

Overall this apartment was ok.
First of all, how can you advertise this place, mentioning Netflix in first sentence, when internet doesnt work at all. This is a lie. Free wifi in description is a joke - no wifi at all. Also if I'm booking a place for 4 nights for 5 people, have a decency and leave more toilet paper then 2. This is ridiculous.

There's a private underground parking box. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Even though the building is not tall, there's an elevator. It's decently equipped.
The host kept switching to Italian, even though I asked to communicate in English. Then he just stopped responding. The A/C did not work. Since the apartment is in the attic, it was really hot when I got there, and opening the windows didn't help much. The beds are quite noisy. The check in process required us all to post selfies holding passports. Paying for the city tax can't be done via Booking nor cash.

"After our stay in Milan, this apartment was relatively cheaper and more spacious. It's not in the main downtown town area and quite far from the Città Alta which is the real highlight of Bergamo. But ..."
