The location was central and the apartment was clean.
There was a problem with using the sofa bed. Booking.com advertises the property as two bedroom three beds and that the entire place is yours. I requested that the third bed be made up as we were travelling with our two older kids. The place said there was an extra charge of €25 per night to use the bed. It took a lot of going back and forth with them and booking.com but eventually it was sorted and we were not charged for the bedding. It took several hours to sort this out and left a really bad taste in our mouths! The property did not budge so it was booking.com that eventually sorted it out. I would not stay here again because of how the property dealt with this situation. If you wish to have the third bed make sure you sort this out in advance to avoid being hit with the extra charge. Note the extra cost is apparently only if you are a party of 4 (not 6).
Also the property is advertised as number 5 but it is number 3 which caused some confusion.
