The sea-view over the balcony was spectacular; the meals were excellently prepared to order by the staff. The young lady serving us was available all day and very helpful arranging transportation - all top-notch. Beach and water area great for snorkling.
Only one thing: every item on the menu was not always available - but then that is kind of a Pinoy thing.

Location, Parking, Accommodating staff and the food.
The room is not that clean, aircon leaking, beddings and towels looks already old and overused. We are actually trying to check if we could upgrade from our first night (and we know that will cost us, ofcourse) but we were informed that it's fully booked.
But actually, there were no other guests that time when we were there.
