The location was good , and not far to walk ,into the Cathedral quarter , a great place for a couple of nights .
The place is looking tired and needs a refresh , outside looked unkept , but that's the neighbours not clearing their rubbish up , let's just say it looked unkept . .

Location of the house was great, near the city centre, easy transport, and several places to eat. Flat was stocked with free toiletries and a good amount of tea, coffee and bottled water for us to use. The team taking care of the flat were very helpful and stayed in good contact through the process during booking, as well as before/after our stay.
Bathtub was quite high, and my elderly mother had difficulty using it to take a shower. Instructions for turning on the heater were not clear at all, and had to spend the evenings before bed in the cold on more than one occasion.

No kerb appeal. Tiny bathroom. But all very doable and overall very positive
