Location excellent being just behind the seafront and right next to the town and shops. As a room only facility it was excellent, clean and comfortable.

Brilliant location. Easy to enter and return.
I didn’t mind but stairs are steep so request ground floor if you have difficulty or heavy bags

Shower was good. Bed was good. Easy to get into the room.
Kettle unable to reach table from plug socket so had to submit on the floor. Fan broken. Very minor issues which didn’t really affect the stay.
