Every room has bathroom and refrigerator, there is big terrace, swimming pool was very cleen. The owner was cleening it every day (maybe every second day),. Lokality is very calm, there are not any restaurants or magazines near villa, but we wanted it, because we prefer calm staying. However there is small town a few kilometers vith restaurants and shops, we especialy loved the vegetable market in Marrugio..The see, witch you can reach by foot, if you want (but it is maybe 1,5 km far), is very clean, there is nice beach with good restaurant (Lido posto9), there is another nice beaches.
In the kitchen wasn ´t enought dishes, kettle, cups....

The host Davide was fantastic, very responsive and reliable and provided information on local areas and day trips. Pool was amazing, bigger than expected and cleaned regularly. Air con worked great in all of the bedrooms (it is not available in the main kitchen/dining area). The property is gated and has CCTV and we felt safe. There was nice outdoor lighting and seating areas. The property worked great for 3 separate family groups and is in walking distance to one of the best beaches.
Areas for improvement would be more glasses/wine glasses and bowls. The pillows could also do with being replaced soon. There are limited places to visit without a car - we were aware of this and hired cars but it is worth noting that shops etc. are not within a short walking distance.
