Nicely decorated, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet a big plus, beds comfy, kitchen well equipped. Easy to walk into Birmingham. Great communications from the host.

Overall a comfortable stay.
In my opinion, some fine tuning needed to create a luxury experience. Low toilet tissue (practically finished) and no available refils. No bath mats in the bathrooms Shower heads need cleaning and tile grout/sealant needs attention. Oven left unclean by previous guest but not checked by cleaning crew.

Walking distance into the centre and parking outside. Easy to get to by car.
There appeared to be domestic issues next door and we were kept awake from 4am till 5am by a very loud angry man. Thankfully the next rant was early evening just as we were going out.
