Check-in time is officially 1600, I arrived 1100 and the owner was kind enough to let me have the room after I filled out the fast check-in form

AIR CON
After a disastrous previous BnB with no air con this was heavenly.
Great comfortable beds
Balcony with the HVAC system blowing out hot air to dry our clothes.
No fridge to keep drinks (or breakfast) cold.
No spare towels or floor towels - bathroom floor was soaking wet and a safety hazard because no curtain or glass to prevent water from spraying onto the floor.

I expected two single beds while only one bed was there for two two adults

The location was great and the property manger was very responsive. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was nice and private
The shared bathroom key for both bathrooms was taken so we couldn’t lock the doors. Other guest left dirty clothes and towels in the bathroom. I know this may not be the host fault however it should be made clear that this is a shared bathroom and to not take the key so others can use it.
The balcony door did not lock. This left the room open and cold the whole stay.
