The property was spacious and had eight rooms, which was plenty of space for everyone.
I did not like that the bathroom door couldn’t lock. Additionally, one of the en-suite bathrooms lacked a proper door, causing water to leak out onto the floor when taking a shower. As a result, guests avoided using that bathroom and had to share another one. The lift is also very small, requiring several trips if you have a lot of luggage

It was a fantastic property - large and spacious with lots of communal space for our group. It was exactly what we were looking for! Any problems we had were quickly answered and sorted out by the management - especially when we had a mess up with our house keys!
Showers leaked/ran over very easily. A lockbox would be brilliant to keep keys organised for the group.

The property was big and spacious, we were 11 girls celebrating a birthday. The apartment was clean and there are a lot of equipments. Most room have an en suite which was very useful for such group. Great location, close to Eurostar and easy to get around. There are lots of famous eating spots, close to metro and a great place.
the key pick up was not the best-but once you know where it is. Its fine and easy to get to.
