Location was great and the apartment was very clean and met our needs.

The beds were very hard and we were not prepared for 65 stairs to reach the apartment.

Its location, clean bed linen . Warm shower. Some nice decor. Good air conditioning. Milan is fabulous!!

Needs attention to detail . Entrance stairway is in need of an upgrade . Ripped carpet on stairs - dangerous , a lack of basic equipment - not even 1 tea towel, a dirty coffee machine, kitchen worktop not cleaned from previous guests. A ‘ drain smell ‘ when bathroom taps run. An iron but no ironing board . 2 wine glasses for 6 adults , 5 dining chairs . Asked for another chair and s fold up chair was put in the apartment when we were out that evening ( we weren’t asked if going into the apartment when we weren’t there was ok) but it was clearly something that was lying around somewhere . No full length mirror(s) . One, three seater sofa for six people. And that was just the stuff we couldn’t be bothered to raise with the host company because our experience of gaining access to the apartment was horrendous and dealing with them was frustrating and difficult . Two and a half hours past check in before we got access . Electronic access to the courtyard door didn’t work . First communication with the company via WhatsApp was quick and polite , 30 mins into the wait it was suggested we go to a coffee shop to wait for the ‘ operations’ colleague who would contact us when they got to the apartment to let us in . Suffice to say she never called us but told the other person she had met us and had let us in !!. So this person was surprised when 90 mins in we queried what was happening . .ops person was asked to attend the property ‘ again’ to let us in and then she couldn’t get access. By the time we did get in, 2 1/2 hours late, our afternoon plans were ruined ( on a 3 night stay thats very annoying) . We got an apology from the person on WhatsApp but not from the ops person who we met at the apartment and was outright rude. We accept problems happen but how they were sorted out was not professional . We had asked the day before arrival if we could have an earlier check in of 15 minutes or even leave our bags .
