Casa Albert

My partner and I liked the location of this property. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and has a fantastic cafe/restaurant below which was incredibly convenient for breakfast. The room is very spacious and amenities are provided at no extra charge. The host Ennio was excellent from the beginning of our stay right until the end, we felt safe & welcome throughout our stay. Ennio helped with a late check-in, bag drop-off & a local restaurant booking. These small gestures helped us to feel at ease and we really appreciated his help as this isn’t necessarily something you’d expect. Ennio was only ever a message away whenever we had a question/request, stay with Ennio when visiting Bologna.

The toilet is at the end of the hall and you can losely hear neighbours in the hallway coming and going but overall the property suited our needs.

Casa Albert is conveniently located to access the railway and also a reasonable, straightforward walk into the historic centre. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. Our host was very responsive, friendly and willing to help. Close to local style cafes and a gym. Excellent value and highly recommend.

Nothing.

The room is located 1min from the train station. The host is very kind. The room is nice. But this is NOT a B&B; it is a guest room within one's house!

Despite the hospitality of the host, this arrangement is one of staying within someone's house. You do not have the intimacy and comfort of staying in a B&B. I believe this is not clear on the add when booking. It was certainly not the worth the high price I paid for this stay!
