The apartment was lovely, it was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of. The large balcony was lovely for a morning coffee and also great for drying our washing with a large drying rack in the apartment. It was great having 2 bathrooms with 2 grown up children that made a huge difference! Perfect for a family. Location was perfect we found a few local cafes which were excellent value and it’s only 10/15 mins to the main Trastevere area, we used the 8bus and tram 3 (a couple of mins walk away) to get into central Rome, it’s probably 30/40 min or so walk to the main sights but it was so hot we made use of the public transport! It was extremely hot when we arrived so we really appreciated air con in every room! Rosa was an absolutely excellent host, extremely responsive and super friendly and there was a lovely bottle of Prosecco in the fridge waiting for us. Rosa also sent us a big guide about transport and lots of recommendations for restaurants, we tried as many as we could and they were all 10/10! There was even umbrellas which came in really handy on our last night during some torrential rain! Thank you Rosa for an excellent stay in Rome, we will definitely be back 😊
