We had a fantastic stay at Flisvos Beach Apartments as a family of four and would happily return.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. We had two separate bedrooms, with two double beds and one single bed, so everyone slept very comfortably. There was also plenty of wardrobe and storage space for all our clothes, which made settling in for our stay very easy.
The kitchenette was well equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals if you don’t feel like eating out every evening. It included plates, cups, glasses, a kettle, and an espresso coffee machine, so breakfast or a light dinner was easy to prepare.
One feature we particularly enjoyed was the private terrace. It’s a lovely space that comfortably seats four people (or five at a squeeze) and is perfect for breakfast or a relaxing drink in the evening.
The location is excellent. The apartment is literally one minute from the beach, and it’s only a pleasant 10–15 minute walk into the centre of Naxos Town along the waterfront. Even when returning after dinner in the evening, we always felt completely safe. If you’re a runner, it’s also an ideal place to start your day with a run along the beach and into the town.
A nice bonus is that guests receive a 15% discount on the sunbeds at the beach, which we made good use of during our stay.
Another big advantage is the private parking reserved for Flivos Beach Apartments guests. If you rent a car, this is a real benefit, as parking can be quite difficult to find during the high season.
If we had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the bathroom is quite compact for a family of four, so you need to take turns. However, there is a separate toilet, which makes getting everyone ready much easier.

Location- right next to the beach. Very clean
Rooms quite small and boxy - no windows and small shared terrace
