Had an unexpected 5 night stay due to the cyclone delaying our ferry. What a treat to get to live for a moment in such a lovely spot. Would definitely recommend. Turned a stressful relocation trip into a short ‘holiday’, which was much needed.

We loved our stay at Seaglass Cottage, there are great water views and it was a comfortable private apartment with 2 stories, 2 bathrooms, and our own deck. Beach themed decorations throughout add to the charm. Communication with Petra was easy and we received all Door Entry codes promptly on the day of arrival.
No issues - but if arriving by ferry or public transport may be helpful to bring some food as there is no grocery store nearby. There is the Chocolate Dayz Cafe (til 3pm only) and Days Bay Pavillion serves meals to around 7 pm, otherwise only O’Malleys Bar & Kitchen within walking distance for evening meals.

Views, location, facilities, lovely owner
We didn’t have enough time to sit and appreciate it, it was a busy couple of days. Stairs are very narrow but only a small issue

The view, proximity to sea and cafés, pleasant interior, beautiful bed linen
Only a very minor thing: not much room to put things by the handbasin. A little shelf would make all the difference. Otherwise all good.
