A very pretty and modern style house. My room was super clean, functional and comfortable. I was greeted by the host at arrival, got a brief information, and virtually did not see anyone for the rest of the night. The layout of the house is so, that makes this as un-home-stay setting as it could be.
I can not pinpoint as to why but the kitchen setting made me feel as I am univitedly reaching into someone's space.

Breakfast? I don't think that's applicable because there was no breakfast provided.
I didn't like that the owner complained when i had my friends over. They were literally only there for a couple of hours and never spent the night.
