Character of house and location. Fixtures and fittings to high standard. Privacy and quietness around the property. Access to other interesting areas for visiting.
Had little or no knowledge of the road conditions to the property. Very steep and winding road from Hebden to it, not only extremely steep, cobbled and single track at the start.

The location was fantastic. The views were beautiful. It was lovely and quiet and had everything we could want. It’s the prefect get away from it all hideaway. Great facilities and everything you ever need without going out. Lynda the owner was great too. She left a lovely basket of treats which we all enjoyed and she left lots of lovely little touches to make it feel so homely. Thank you Linda. X

The host left a hospitality basket, flowers and milk to welcome us.
Good welcome pack with everything we needed to know.
