So not good for a long stay

Washer, dryer, fridge
AC kept putting itself at 89ºF
Furniture was pretty fragile and cranky
Upstairs neighbour was walking around 24/7 every single day my whole stay so I could barely sleep.
I heard noises from a couple of neighbors fighting around 3am twice in a week.
The place itself is ok (except AC), but the environment is not, couldn't rest well during the week.
