beach house was beautifully appointed and clean. Had trouble with one of the central units and repair guy came immediately and fixed it. My only trouble was with the concrete block steps coming from the beach..Great place to stay!!!

It was great!!! Todd was very responsive.

The amenities were excellent. The Beachfront rental was exactly what we hoped it would be. It fulfilled our every need. Everyone had their own space and we had everything we requested.

I was going to put 2 stars, but host has contacted me and said they are repairing some things. But here is my list of pros and cons:Pros:Lots of space Great spot right on the beachDining table nice and long for us to all sit down togetherEvery bedroom has a bathroomAnd a tv (no remote in one queen room)The bunk room was great for kids. Looks like it was once a really great houseCons:In need of repairBack deck falling apart. Had to keep kids away from railing because it’s about to fall. Lots of rotten boards for splinters in feet. Exposed nails No shade on deck or furniture so no sitting out on it for morning coffee or evening dolphin watch like our very close neighbors on either side got to do. Trash around deckBack door hard to open and close. It is warped. When we arrived the upstairs was VERY hot and AC never really cooled one of the bedrooms enough. Kitchen cabinets in need of repair and not all of the cook stove oven eyes work. Overall, the pictures online must have been taken a while back. For the price we paid, I would expect much better. Will not recommend. It was way too expensive to be in this condition.
